Extended Childcare We Offer

• Breakfast Club: 7:30–8:45am — £2 per session
• Rainbows After School Club: 3:00–5:10pm — £12.50 per session (external provider)
• Nursery Afternoon Sessions (for children not eligible for the 30 hours entitlement): £10 per session

Booking & Payment

How to Book

• Breakfast Club and Rainbows After School Club must be booked via the club website: https://www.robyrainbows.club.
• As Roby Rainbows is an external provider, all enquiries should go directly to Emily Mills by email or telephone (contact details are on the Roby Rainbows website).
• Nursery afternoon sessions are booked via school (see deadlines below).

Important: Sessions are not booked and places not secured without payment in advance.

Booking Deadlines

• Breakfast Club & Rainbows After School Club:
  Please book by 9:00pm the day before attendance. This ensures adequate staffing, food and activity preparation.
• Nursery Afternoon Sessions:
  Nursery afternoon sessions are provided at the discretion of the school. This is due to the capacity of the Early Years setting. If agreed with the school business manager, please book one week in advance. All sessions for the following week must be booked and paid by Friday 3:00pm.

If you do not book by Friday 3:00pm, your child will not be able to attend afternoon sessions for the coming week.

Registration

Before attending any session (Breakfast Club or After School Club), parents/carers must complete a registration form.

Arrivals & Collections

Signing Children In (Breakfast Club)

• Children must be signed in by an adult using the sign‑in system at the school office.
• After signing in, please press the bell and a member of staff will collect your child.
• For safeguarding reasons, parents and carers are not permitted beyond the double red doors.

Signing Children Out (Rainbows After School Club)

• Children must be signed out, by an adult, using the sign‑out system at the school office.

Late Collection & Fees

• Rainbows After School Club runs until 5:15pm. All children must be collected no later than 5:15pm.
  A £10 late fee will be charged for any late collection.
• If a child is not attending Rainbows or another extra‑curricular club and is not collected by 3:15pm, they will be placed into Rainbows, and a £5 late fee will applied to your Arbor account
