Keep Your Contact Details Up to Date

It’s essential that we have your current address and telephone numbers. If your child becomes unwell or there’s an emergency, we need to reach you quickly – when we can’t, it’s distressing for children and worrying for staff.

How to update your details

• Arbor app: Update your contact information directly in the Arbor app.
• Email: Send changes in writing to robypark@knowsley.gov.uk (include your child’s name and class).

Wherever possible, please make sure we have at least two emergency contacts.
