Extended Childcare

We are pleased to offer a range of high quality childcare options at Roby Park.

 

Extended Childcare Offered

The extended childcare offer we provide is as follows:

  • Breakfast Club 7.30am – 8.45am costing £2 per session
  • Rainbows After School Club 3.00 – 5.00pm costing £12.50 per session
  • Afternoon sessions for Nursery (for those not eligible for 30 hours offer) costing £10 per session

 

Booking in Sessions

All Breakfast Club and Rainbows After School sessions must be booked on via the club’s website at www.robyrainbows.club. As Roby Rainbows is an external provider, all enquiries must come directly to Emily Mills via email or telephone.

 

Sessions will not be booked and places secured without payment in advance.

 

Deadlines for Booking Sessions

All sessions need to be booked in advance. Breakfast Club and Rainbows After School Club must be booked by 9pm the day before. This deadline allows us to ensure we have adequate supervision should numbers be large as well as food and activities set up.

 

Nursery sessions must be booked a week in advance. So, all sessions for the following week must be booked and paid for by 3.00pm the Friday before. If you do not book on by Friday 3pm, your child will not be able to attend afternoon sessions for the coming week.

 

Registration

Parents must complete the registration form in order for their child to attend any session, whether it be Breakfast Club or After School Club. The form can be completed at here.

 

Signing Children In and Out

All children for Breakfast Club must be signed in, by an adult only, on our inventry system at the front of the office. Once signed in, please ring the bell and an adult will come and collect your child. Parents and carers are not allowed through the double red doors.

 

For children attending Rainbows After School Club, children must be signed out on the inventry system also.

 

Late Fees

Rainbows After School Club runs until 5.15pm. This means all children must be collected no later than 5.15pm. There is a £10 late fee for any children who are not collected on time.

 

If your child is not attending Rainbows or an extra-curricular club and is not collected before 3.15pm, they will be placed in Rainbow club with a £5 fee being incurred.

Registration Forms

Registration Forms for both Breakfast Club and Rainbows After School Club need to be returned please ahead of children’s first session. Emily Mills will provide parents/carers with the Google Form link to ensure we have up to date information.
